CLS 6232 - Metabolism and Endocrinology

Explore the intricacies of the body’s inter- and intracellular messaging systems and how it regulates itself in this fascinating course. We will develop an in-depth understanding of the complex interactions of the body’s hormonal system and metabolism, as well as the causes and effects of metabolic and hormonal imbalances. Foundational naturopathic modalities, skillful application of the naturopathic therapeutic order, and evidence-informed approaches are presented to strengthen our skills in diagnosing and managing endocrine conditions in both a primary care setting as well as in an adjunctive role.
