BS 535 - Immunology: Mechanisms and Malfunctions Credit(s): 2
This foundational course offers comprehensive exploration of the human immune
system, both in health and disease. The curriculum covers key topics such as mechanisms
of innate and adapative immunity, focusing on immune cell functions and the histologic
organization of immune system structures. Students will gain understanding of how
immune responses are orchestrated and what happens when they fail.
