OAC 560 - Qigong IV

Students may elect to continue their formal qigong instruction with the three-quarter study of Liu Dong’s Qigong method. This program offers a strong foundation in qigong theory and practice. Students will deepen the study of qigong begun in the first-year program. As their study and practice deepens, their qi will strengthen and stabilize. From this strong foundation, students will gain greater insight into their own natures and the traditional ways of diagnosis and treatment. Prerequisite(s): AC536
